Supertech Golf Country Welfare Association is a legally registered association under UP Societies Registration Act 1860 (GBN/03044/2024-2025)
Inception of Supertech Golf Country Welfare Association(SGCWA) was done in Sept 2023 by few like-minded homebuyers of the Supertech Golf Country with aim to protect our hard earned money invested this project. These initial members have taken steps to collaborate together with other homebuyers based within and outside India to form a wider group and pursue discussions with Supertech Township Projects Limited (STPL) project team, Y G Estate (YGE) maintenance team and legal representatives involved in the ongoing CIRP process.
Form CA Support
Supertech Township Project Ltd is currently undergoing CIRP process as per the NCLAT directive on 6th March 2025. All Homebuyers are required to submit their Form CA along with respective documents as early as possible SGCWA has setup helpdesk support services through Dedicated WhatsApp Group and on-call support via mobile +91-9891693523
Chronology of Events
Project brought under CIRP process on 12th July 2024. These insolvency proceedings were initiated by Bankers Punjab & Sind Bank & others who had invested ~200+ crores into the project and STPL delayed payments.
IRP appointed by NCLT - Mr. Umesh Singhal, M/s Sigma Legal Group located at NSP, Pitampura, Delhi.
Public notification for Homebuyers to file Form CA by 21st July'24 for claim towards owned property
STPL appealed for stay of CIRP process with NCLAT on 26th July 24 via Case no. 1441
SGCWA members mutually agreed to file an IA - Legal representative appointed, Mr. Anshul Sharma and IA-6691 registered on 18/09/24
STPL published proposal on their website on 29th Sept 24 with intent of reverse CIRP process and seek support from Bankers/HomeBuyers.
STPL proposal reviewed within SGCWA on 6th October All Members meeting wherein objections reviewed and agreed that Association should work with IRP to get faster resolution.

STPL revised proposal delayed, all SGCWA members mutually agree to submit objection on 6th Jan 2025 in NCLAT
Revised proposal received 22nd Jan 2025, gaps identified and raised with STPL on 8th Feb 2025 in person meeting with an urgent need to take concrete actions by STPL.
Revised proposal declined by Bankers, YEIDA and home buyers and submissions given to NCLAT.
On 6th March 2025, hon'ble NCLAT court has given judgement to restart the Insolvency activities as per IBC CIRP process and upheld the NCLT order 12th July 2024.
On 15th March 2025,official authorized representative of HomeBuyers Mr Vaneet Bhatia initiates interactions with SGCWA and homebuyers
First COC meeting held 20th March 2025 wherein no voting was done since all COC stakeholders still do not have their claim documents submitted and verified
